Are you ready to take the leap and live more authentically and in alignment with your true nature?

You may have found yourself here because you are curious and want to look into yourself more deeply. You seek change, growth and understanding, and feel there must be more to life than what you are currently experiencing.

You may be aware of a pattern that you have been stuck in, or a limitation that has been holding you back. Despite the awareness and maybe years of talk therapy, you are still feeling stuck. You are looking for a deeper and more holistic approach that will free you from this endless looping.

Perhaps you are finding yourself in a crisis, having a wakeup call, and need to be guided and held safely in a container of awareness while you consciously pass through the storm and integrate the lessons.

Whether you are new to this work, or a seasoned traveller on the self discovery journey, I will meet you where you are at and support your body, mind and soul in a way that is right for you and mutually agreed on.

I have held space and provided therapy to clients experiencing the following:

It may be that when we no longer know what to do
we have come to our real work,
and that when we no longer know which way to go
we have come to our real journey.
The mind that is not baffled is not employed.
The impeded stream is the one that sings.

OUR REAL WORK BY WENDELL BERRY

The very first session is always different as it is our first time getting to know each other. Usually, we will spend time talking about what it is that drew you here and what you are searching for. We may talk about your history and early life if that feels relevant. We will then have some time to begin to go inwards and start to become familiar with inner work. We will bring awareness to what is happening inside in the present moment through the 4 windows of knowing: sensing, feeling, imagination, thinking.

The present moment is the major reality we work with – the immediate relational and process reality as it unfolds in the here and now. It is only in the present moment that we access our lived experience, and it is only in the present moment where the experience of healing can take place.

While the tools and modalities will vary from session to session depending on your needs, our work will focus on and generally be guided by your curiosity and what wants to surface from the inner space and the unconscious. The inherent inner wisdom will present us with what needs to be integrated next on your journey to wholeness.

To create momentum in your journey, you will be invited to stay connected to the golden thread of your process between sessions, which is always unfolding under the surface. While this is empowering and will accelerate the work, it is completely up to you if you choose to attend to your experience outside of the sessions.

What is a session like?

To heal, we need to feel!

Why is it important to work in a

body centered way?

All inner work is centered and anchored in the body, as the body is the home of the unconscious, the inner intelligence and soul. The body remembers (even if you don’t) and stores experiences that have been wounding, threatening and traumatic. When not processed or digested, these experiences along with the survival and defence patterns are structured in the nervous system as neural pathways, and continue to reside in the body creating various muscular tensions. The patterns are held in the body through repressed emotion.
